Roger A. House
President and CEO
Roger House is President, CEO, and 100% owner of Axiom Corporation. A retired U.S. Navy officer, Mr. House’s 20 years of service included duty on three different ships, numerous shore commands and overseas assignments. He held many leadership, management and administrative positions, and is a veteran of the 1st Gulf War. During his time in the Navy, Mr. House was part of the surface Navy and the medical department. He spent five years at the Navy recruiting command headquarters, where he was responsible for recruiting officers into the Medical Department of the Navy.
After retiring from the Navy, Mr. House transitioned to a government job, as the Deputy Director of the Vital Records Branch, Division of Public Health, Department of Human Resources for the State of Georgia. From there, he went to work for Axiom Corporation where he held several positions in business development and management before purchasing the company from the previous owners.
Mr. House holds a bachelor degree in Healthcare Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA). He is a Credentialed Fellow (CFAAMA) in the American Academy of Medical Administrators (AAMA). Originally from Montgomery, AL, Mr. House now splits his time between Atlanta, GA and Washington, DC. In addition to high-level oversight of all aspects of the company, Mr. House’s primary roles in the company are business development and strategic planning for Axiom Corporation.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Harris is Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer for Axiom Corporation. As a decorated officer in the Navy, Mr. Harris served as a Nuclear Engineering Submarine Officer as well as a human resources professional, directing the Navy’s officer and diversity recruiting efforts. Mr. Harris has significant experience in many fields including engineering, manufacturing, project/program management and human resource management.
He has specific expertise in the areas of human resources and federal contracting practices. After his extensive career in the Navy, Mr. Harris served as a manufacturing plant manager at General Electric Healthcare’s Medical Imaging headquarters in Waukesha, WI, where he championed and implemented shift-wide business process management efforts including Kaizen and Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing events, projects and certifications.
Mr. Harris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute and is Six Sigma Green Belt trained.
Mr. Harris is responsible for all human resources, financial and operational aspects of Axiom Corporation. He hails from Ft. Worth, TX.
Chief Information Officer
Rajan Jindal is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Axiom Corporation. Mr. Jindal graduated with a bachelor degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA. He has worked in many technical areas including programming, networking, systems management and integration, planning, design, implementation, operation, and maintenance. Mr. Jindal has also served as a project manager for over 10 years, with experience involving scheduling, cost and personnel management for IT related projects within the federal government, transportation and imaging industries.
Mr. Jindal is experienced in numerous technologies including platforms such as Microsoft, UNIX, LINUX, Oracle, SQL Server and programming languages such as ASP, Java, C#, and C. Mr. Jindal has provided leadership in many system implementation projects as well as technical support in development of solutions for customers. In addition to executive support, Mr. Jindal’s primary roles in the company are technical operations, program management, business development and proposal development.
Vice President, Communications and Marketing
Facility Security Officer
Jennifer House is Vice President of Communications and Marketing and Facility Security Officer for Axiom Corporation. Mrs. House’s background includes over 15 years with ad agencies and communications firms before joining Axiom Corporation.
She has worked with national consumer and business-to-business brands in the areas of account management and project management, in addition to strategic planning, internal communications, brand development, advertising, corporate communications, collateral development and more across a wide range of industries.
Mrs. House has been a Program Manager for a large Microsoft Office training project for the government, including delivering training and developing new curriculum. She has also developed strategic plans and supported communications tools for the military.
In addition to client project responsibilities, Mrs. House’s primary roles with Axiom Corporation include internal and external communications, development of marketing tools, proposal development and security-related responsibilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Stroumpis serves as Axiom Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Stroumpis has over 14 years of professional experience in the accounting and finance arenas and is highly experienced in government contracting. His skills include financial analysis, improving financial efficiency and operations, forecasting and reporting. His specialties include government contract compliance, FAR Part 31, DCAA compliance, cost and pricing development and contract close out activities, among others.
Mr. Stroumpis is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Georgia and Maryland. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Berry College. Mr. Stroumpis is also affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
