The U.S. Navy awarded Axiom
Corporation a prime multiple award contract under the SeaPort
Enhanced (SeaPort-e) acquisition program for services procurements
on December 19, 2008. SeaPort-e supports contracting activities
within the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems
Command (NAVAIR), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR),
Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Military Sealift Command,
Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs,
Office of Naval Research, Defense Threat Reduction Agency and
the United States Marine Corps.
This contract
establishes a mechanism to work efficiently and effectively
across the entire Navy and Marine Corps enterprise to acquire
Engineering, Technical, and Programmatic Support Services.
Axiom Corporation
holds a prime contract award for zones 2 and 4. The contract
number is N00178-09-D-5672.
