Training

Strategic Planning
Strategic Planning can be a daunting task for organizations, often taking a back seat to everyday tasks because it's difficult to take time out to focus a disparate group around needs of the future. It is necessary, however, to keep everyone moving toward common goals. Strategic Planning is one of Axiom's core competencies. Our OD professionals are experts at facilitating group planning sessions and leading teams through the planning process in a way that fosters discussion, gathers relevant data from all stakeholders, and keeps the group moving in a positive direction. The end result is a Strategic Plan for an organization that is relevant, actionable and measurable.

Axiom is currently working on a Strategic Plan for the U.S. Navy's Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, incorporating stakeholders such as top-level Navy Medicine leadership and departmental flag officers. Once complete, the plan will be cascaded throughout all levels of Navy Medicine for implementation.

Team Building
Many teams suffer from challenges that prevent the team from communicating effectively, engaging in healthy conflict, and working efficiently together to accomplish goals. Diversity
Diversity in the workplace is a reality that presents opportunities and challenges alike.
