Since its incorporation in 1988, Axiom has maintained a strong presence in numerous federal government agencies including the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy. Many Axiom staff members and subject matter experts are retired military officers, bringing a clear understanding of government processes, regulations and necessary rigor to the work they perform.

Axiom personnel understand the critical importance of getting the job done - on time, on budget, and to the required standards. Axiom's largest client is the U.S. Navy. In addition to being the prime contractor on several projects, Axiom also serves the federal government as a subcontractor to companies like Northrop Grumman, Computer Sciences Corporation and ManTech SRS Technologies.

  • Manage and staff Computer Learning Services program
  • Support approximately 4500 agency employees on Microsoft Office application learning needs
  • Teach 10-15 Microsoft Office classes each month in Washington DC and regional offices
  • Offer one-on-one desk side training as needed
  • Provide help desk support via phone and e-mail
U.S. Navy Assessment Program
  • Provide analytical/technical support to assess the contribution of Naval Systems and systems-of-systems to Joint Warfighting capabilities
  • Provide top Navy leadership with "honest broker" assessments required to ensure the Navy will be equipped to execute its role as defined by the National Military Strategy
Missile Defense Agency
  • Provide research and engineering support to assist in the development and testing of a system capable of defending the US
  • Modeling and simulation development and management for system acquisition application

  • Guided long-term strategic planning process and facilitated strategic planning sessions and goal development with senior leadership
  • Developed and implemented communications plan for cascading strategic plan through organizational tiers
  • Developed and implemented education and training plan for personnel in regions and Medical Treatment Facilities throughout the organization
